Prenatal Visits
During these sessions, we discuss the multitude of options that you will be presented with leading up to and during your birth, practice breathing, positioning, and various comfort techniques for labor, learn about the physiology of birth, and delve into the world of feeding and newborn care, as well as process past and current feelings and situations that may influence your birth and postpartum experience. Through these in-depth conversations, evidence-based information, and personalized training, we will develop your unique birth strategy.

When you are transferred to your recovery room, your doula will ensure that you have everything you need for your remaining time at your birthing location, that your support system is in place, and that you are well-nourished, settled, and ready for motherhood.
